Biography

I was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. I am currently the Deputy Managing Partner at SimmonsCooper Partners, Nigeria. I am part of the team that drafted the Competition Law Regulations for the FCCPC Nigeria. I continue to be involved in diverse mergers and acquisitions, litigation in the competition space as well as train in Competition Law compliance .
