Biography

Stefano Mazzotti joined Chiomenti in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. He previously worked for Slaughter and May in London. Stefano advises Italian and foreign listed and non-listed industrial and financial groups, as well as private equity funds with focus on M&A, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions, mostly in the banking, insurance, luxury and energy sectors. He has also gained a wealth of experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring and real estate.
