Biography

Florence Haas, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team at Bredin Prat, a leading French business firm. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, assisting French and international corporate clients in connection with market consolidation transactions, public takeovers and LBOs. Florence Haas joined Bredin Prat in 2005 and was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York from 2008 to 2009. Florence has been ranked in Chambers Global and Europe in 2022, and recognised as « Leading individuals » in Private Equity by The Legal 500 EMEA. She was also recognised as "Young Leader" by the French-American Foundation – France in 2021.
