He advises on public and private transactions, leveraged buy-outs and complex cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings. Arne's recent experience includes advising: General M&A • Aegon N.V. on the combination of its Dutch operations with a.s.r. for EUR 2.5 billion cash and a 29.99% shareholding in a.s.r. • EQT and Stonepeak on the acquisition of DELTA Fiber • QIAGEN N.V., a Germany based pharmaceutical company, on the EUR 9 billion public offer and acquisition by American headquartered Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. to combine their business and create a leading biotechnology company • HEMA on its the sale to a 50/50 consortium of Parcom and Mississippi Ventures, (the investment vehicle of the Dutch entrepreneurial family Van Eerd, owner of Jumbo supermarkets) • Royal Philips on the sale of its Domestic Appliances business to Hillhouse Capital , a global investment firm focused on helping companies achieve long-term sustainable growth through digital innovation and enablement • Mollie, a Dutch payment service provider which makes half of the SME payments in the Netherlands, on its EUR 90 million completion of the Series B funding round • Otrium, a Dutch full service marketplace, in completing its Series C funding round, raising USD 120 million • Mollie, a Dutch payment service provider which maken half of the SME payments in the Netherlands, on its EUR 665 million funding round • Qobita, a leading global wholesale supplier, in completing its EUR 80 million Series B funding round • Royal Schiphol on the unwinding of its cross-shareholding with Aréoport de Paris
