Biography
Chiara Gianni is a Partner in Gianni & Origoni’s Corporate M&A Department in Rome. Chiara’s corporate practice consists of advising Italian and foreign listed and non-listed industrial and investment groups, as well as private equity funds on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions, as well as on other business transactions, such as restructurings of groups of companies, carve-outs and commercial agreements. She has gained significative experience on transactions in the infrastructure, telecommunication and private equity sectors. Chiara Gianni was awarded as M&A Lawyer of the year in the Legalcommunity Forty Under 40 Awards 2020.
