Colm Donlon

Biography

Colm Donlon is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and the Chairman of the Investment Banking Division in EMEA. Colm has worked at Morgan Stanley for 29 years and has been the Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in EMEA for the past decade. He is acknowledged as one of the leading advisers in the execution of public cross-border M&A, with a particular focus on hostile take-overs and defence. Colm graduated from University College Dublin with first class honours in BComm. (Banking in Finance) and prior to joining Morgan Stanley completed an MBS in Finance from the Smurfit School of Business (Dublin).
