Biography

Lina María is an economist and has a master's degree in finance from Eafit University. She was later awarded a Fulbright scholarship with which she studied for an MBA at the University of Maryland Business School in the United States. She has worked at Grupo Bancolombia for 17 years, beginning as an economic analyst and later becoming part of the Asset Management team. After returning from his academic trip, she worked for five years as a private banking manager. Since 2016, she has been leading Bancolombia´ s Foundation and the bank´s impact and social innovation strategies, with the goal of creating innovative and sustainable projects that promotes sustainable development for the wellbeing of all.
