Biography

Colin is Global Co-Chairman of TMT with a focus on strategic transactions across the technology, sports and media sectors. Previously, Colin was Head of M&A for the Americas, Global Co-Head of TMT M&A and Global Co-Head of Technology M&A. He has advised on some of the largest and most complex industry-defining transactions for clients across the US, Europe and Asia. Colin joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the London office in 1998 and relocated to San Francisco in 2005 to help build the Technology M&A Group. He relocated to London last year to take up his current global role. He was named managing director in 2010 and partner in 2014. Colin earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Law (International) from University College Dublin and De Paul University College of Law in 1997.
