Biography

Ayzo is based in Luxembourg and provides international tax solutions on a variety of cross border transactions including private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures. Ayzo became a partner with AKD in 2016. He is practicing tax law since 1999. Within AKD, he is a member of the Tax Practice group and based in Luxembourg. Before joining AKD, he was a partner in the Luxembourg office of another leading BeNeLux law firm.
