Biography

Heinrich von Bünau is a legal advisor with a focus on corporate and commercial law. He has advised on numerous business transactions, joint ventures and group restructurings. Clients also value his expertise in company succession, shareholder disputes, D&O liability. Heinrich acts for German and foreign midcap businesses, owner-run businesses, financial investors and private clients. He frequently publishes in legal magazines, and lectures on legal aspects of M&A.
