Alessia Allegretti is one of the three Founding Partners and Co-Managing Partner of the Italian offices (Milan and Rome) of Boies Schiller Flexner — also serving as the firm's European hub. She acts as a trusted advisor to major corporations and prominent entrepreneurs with international interests, combining a strategic legal mindset with deep cross-border experience. Her professional background uniquely blends corporate and transactional expertise with private client advisory, making her a valuable resource for entrepreneurs and families navigating both business growth and personal wealth stewardship.
