Biography

Dr Rosanne Bonnici is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, heading the firm’s Tax & Immigration Law Department. Rosanne graduated Doctor of Laws in 1993, being later conferred a Master of Arts Degree in Financial Services by the University of Malta. Rosanne advises both corporate and private clients on domestic and international taxation, wealth and succession planning, immigration law, corporate law, trusts and foundations law. Rosanne is a founder member, past Deputy President and Fellow of the Malta Institute of Taxation; founder member of STEP (Malta) and IFA (Malta); Council member, Honorary Secretary and member of the Tax & EU Affairs Sub-Committee of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
