Biography

My practice focuses on business litigation, including securities litigation, employment, environmental, and banking law and commercial real estate. I also provide corporate guidance and act as general counsel to limited liability companies and corporations. I have tried jury, bench and arbitrations to verdict and judgment and represent clients before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of Connecticut, New York Supreme Court, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). I am also an adjunct professor at Hofstra University School of Law where I teach Fundamental Lawyering Skills. I am a member of the New York City Bar Association Litigation and Commercial Law Committees, the Federal Bar Council and the American Inn of Court for the Second Circuit. I have an AV Review rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is assigned to lawyers who have reached the height of professional excellence and who are recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity. I was selected every year as a Super Lawyer from 2016 to the present.
