Biography
Richard Donoghue is a partner in PillsburyWinthrop Shaw Pittman’s Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense practice. Rich has three decades of experience in the public and private sectors. With more than 20 years in the U.S. government, Rich served in senior government positions, including Acting Deputy Attorney General of the United States, the second-highest position in the U.S. Justice Department, and U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Rich also served as the Chief of Worldwide Litigation for a Fortune 500 software company for six years. With unparalleled expertise and experience, Rich helps clients resolve sensitive and complex litigation challenges.
