Biography

Martin Holler is partner at Giese & Partner law firm with offices in Prague and Bratislava. He advises leading real estate banks and investors in structuring their investments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the entire Central-Eastern European region. He publishes and reports regularly about present developments in Czech and Slovak real estate law and questions concerning financing. Martin Holler is Past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the International Bar Association. He is frequently ranked by The Legal 500 as Recommended lawyer in the Czech Republic in Real Estate and in Banking and finance fields. Martin was admitted to the German Bar in 1998 and is a member of the Czech Bar since 1999. He is also admitted to the Slovak Bar. Martin speaks German, English and Czech.
