Biography

Saleh is a UAE National, licensed lawyer and legal technology expert and partner at CasEngines Software, with over 16 years’ experience in the legal industry with an aim to educate and empower law firms and legal departments in the industry. He is also the Managing partner at The International Consultant Law Office (ICLO) Dubai, with profound knowledge and experience in national and international sports law. Previously worked at the largest two law firms in the Middle East, Al Tamimi & Company, and Hadef & Partners. Also, at his first career, he was a legal counsel at Dubai Land Department where he gained a great experience of the real estate law. After a deep realization of the importance of technology and the necessity to keep pace with it, Saleh now commits to introduce automation systems to the legal industry. We live in a modern era that digitalizes itself every minute and thus, all industries especially the legal world must start emphasizing and using legal tech in order to stay strong in the game. His experience includes sports arbitrations and litigations as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. A qualified lawyer, Saleh appears before the National Sports Dispute Resolution Bodies, along with representing players and athletes before the Disciplinary, the DRC, the Appeal Committees and the Arbitration Tribunal. In addition to practicing law and being an active arbitrator at CAS, ICSID, ICC and DIAC, he is also a member of the executive office of the International Football Lawyers Association .
