Sabin Gherdan is an Attorney at Law, Partner at Gherdan & Associates a Law Firm specialized in Sports Law with its headquarters in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He is also a Licensed Agent by the International Basketball Federation member of the Octagon Basketball Agency with headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus and Chicago, USA. As a lawyer, Sabin Gherdan represented athletes, clubs and coaches before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, Court of Arbitration for Sports, FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber, CEV Arbitral Tribunal, and local sports arbitration courts in Romania. He also assisted athletes in signing professional contracts in the NBA, Europe, Africa and Asia.
