Biography

Victoriano MELERO started his career in 1994 as a lawyer at TF1 in charge of the legal affairs of "TF1 Entreprises" and TF1's Sports department. In 1996, he joined the law firm Clifford Chance Paris as a lawyer and then Counsel, in charge of the Technology, Media, Telecoms sector and the Sports Law group. In March 2013, he joined the French Football Federation as Deputy General Manager & Chief of Staff to the President. In September 2017, he joined Paris Saint-Germain as General Secretary where he is in charge of Corporate Legal Affairs, Sports Affairs, Public and Institutional Affairs and Compliance and CSR Activities. Since February 2023, he took on an enlarged role as Acting CEO & General Secretary.
