Biography

Juliette is a Counsel within the Restructuring department of Bersay law firm. Her practice focuses on pre-insolvency, insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed situations. Juliette assists lenders, investors, shareholders, debtors, buyers and creditors whether in an amicable or judicial context. Over the past years, she has developed experience in pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings cases in a broad range of industries. Juliette also handles the litigation aspects that affect distressed, insolvency and commercial matters. Juliette qualified from the Paris bar in 2013. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English. She holds a postgraduate degree in financial law from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University (2012) and a graduate degree in “Business Law” from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 (2009). Concurrently, she attended a full course cycle at the EDHEC Business Scholl of Lille (2011) and holds a Master in Management. Before joining Bersay, Juliette practiced as from 2013 in the restructuring and litigation department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei’s law firm and as from January 2017 in Santoni’s law firm, a French boutique specializing in restructuring and litigation cases.
