Biography

Ms. Cho has more than twenty five years' experience advising key stakeholders in some of the most complex chapter 11 reorganizations in recent history. She has represented the largest companies in America to restructure billions of dollars of debt, dozens of official committees of unsecured creditors across a variety of industries, purchasers of assets out of bankruptcy, and creditors to successfully pursue significant claims in chapter 11. She has served as an expert on U.S. insolvency law in foreign proceedings and regularly speaks on insolvency topics around the world. Representative cases include: *Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Ascena Retail Group ($1.6 billion+ liabilities) *Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of J. Crew/Madewell ($2.0 billion+ liabilities) *Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering in the Seadrill Limited chapter 11 cases and as co-chair of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors ($1.2 billion+ claim)
