Biography

Adam Kaufman is the Chief Legal Officer & Global General Counsel of Muzinich & Co., an asset management firm headquartered in New York City with offices in Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hong Kong, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Singapore, Sydney, and Zurich. Adam received an A.B. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a member of The Yale Law Journal. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Dennis Jacobs (who was at the time the chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit) and then worked as a lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. After founding and selling a financial technology company, Adam joined Muzinich & Co. in 2015. He previously held Series 24, 79, 62, and 63 licenses and is currently admitted to the New York bar.
