Biography

Michael is a founding partner of Tannenbaum Helpern in NYC and of its Investment Management Practice. He serves a global array of clients on the "sell side" of the wealth advisory industry: investment managers, product development and strategic aspects of capital formation, M&A and due diligence, venture and early stage arrangements, operating agreements and portfolio management agreements, together with complex SEC matters. His focus includes family offices, HNW investors and endowments - ie those on the "buy side" of the wealth management industry. As trusted US counsel, Michael regularly deals with cross-border inbound US matters from non-US law firms having clients with a US need.
