Biography

With a background in-house and as an investment banker, I understand where clients are coming from. Legal advice not only needs to be technically correct, it needs to be useful. I focus on funds management and mergers & acquisitions. I assist clients who are seeking to establish, acquire, restructure or divest funds, businesses or investments, including both negotiated and hostile transactions. I have assisted clients on cross-border public company and listed fund takeovers, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings and debt financing, the structuring, establishment and management of domestic and international real estate and debt funds and the acquisition and operation of funds management businesses.
