Biography

I specialize in litigation before the Belgian courts and advise clients on a wide range of issues, including life sciences law. My expertise in this area covers laws governing medicines, biotech products, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements, among other aspects. I am the Co-chair of the IBA Healthcare & Life Sciences Law Committee for 2022-2023. I also practice unfair trade practices, distribution law, product liability and general commercial law. I am recognized by many leading legal directories for my expertise in life sciences law and dispute resolution. I regularly lecture and write on life sciences regulatory matters and procedural law matters and speak at conferences on matters involving same. I speak English, French and Dutch and have a passive knowledge of German
