Biography

Szymon Kubiak, PhD, LL.M. (Harvard) is an attorney-at-law and co-head of the Employment Law Practice Group. He has long-term experience in employment restructuring that covers, for example, outsourcing and group dismissals in complex and cross-border employee transfers (including enterprise transfers or parts thereof), and provides ongoing counsel on atypical/flexible forms of employment and the employment of temporary workers. He focuses, in particular, on the automotive sector. He is also responsible for supervising key marketing and business development activities at the firm. He is an IBA Council Member, Member Organisations Member, SPPI Council Member, Employment and Industrial Relations Committee Liaison Officer, as well as a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
