Biography

Partner at Cuatrecasas since 2004, his background is Employment and Labor Law. He is the co head of the employment and labor team in Cuatrecasas formed by more than 90 lawyers. He is leading the “Disruptive Technologies Challenges Group”, a multi-disciplinary group inside the Law Firm. Rubén took the Executive Program at Singularity University (Join Venture between NASA and Google) in Mountain View, California. He also passed the “Frontiers of Innovation Program” at the MIT in Cambridge, Massachussetts. Is a lawyer passionate about Exponential Technologies, professor at ESADE Law School, where he co-leads the track on technology and law. Rubén has a solid background advising national and multinational companies in any legal implications regarding employment law and human resources policies with +20 years in International Lawyering.
