Alvaro Aguilar

Biography

Alvaro is Partner in Aguilar Castillo Love and he heads the employment & labor law practice in all Central America. He was admitted as an Attorney & Public Notary in 1997 at the Costa Rican Bar Association and joined Aguilar Castillo Love in 2008. He has an LLM degree in Labor Law from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Alvaro has a particular focus on corporate employment law and labor relations, advising clients on several cross-border (Central America) issues including contracts and policy reviews, as well as employment issues in the context of M&A deals. Currently he is also a member of the, IBA, the American Bar Association and he has been ranked by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
