Biography

Francesca Secondari is a partner joined BonelliErede Law Firm in 2003 of which she become partner in 2019. She has strong experience in M&A and corporate governance and she is one of the members of the ESG specialists’ group. A more than ten-year focus in the luxury sector and a year of secondment, as assistant general counsel at one of the large luxury groups, allowed her to gain first-hand experience of the specific issues of the business and the most significant transaction carried out in the industry. In the last seven years, she was based in Cairo and, alongside the professional activities, she coordinated business development in Africa and the Middle East of the firm. She holds an Executive MBA from the American University in Cairo and has been invited to attend international conferences such as those organized by UNIDO and the International Bar Association. Francesca carries out pro-bono activities for Doctors with Africa - CUAMM and promotes a program, founded by herself, for the protection of the environment in the Okavango Delta.
