Biography

Lucilla Talamazzi is the General Counsel of the Pronovias Group. From the headquarters located in Barcelona, Lucilla and her team centralize the legal and real estate function across all regional offices, providing support on a wide variety of topics, from corporate law to distribution, real estate or IP. Lucilla has undergone the transition of the group from a family owned into a private equity fund business and has managed alongside the C-suite the crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic. She is passionate about driving the ESG strategy, striving to create a more sustainable world to preserve the quality of life of the next generations. Lucilla was born in Genoa, Italy, graduated in law in San Sebastian, Spain, and currently lives in Barcelona with her husband and two-year old son.
