Biography

Ghada Qaisi Audi is a luxury startup partner of TARO ISHIDA overseeing legal, governance, and strategic business development activities. Ms. Audi is formerly general counsel for a prestigious Dubai-based luxury retail group with a portfolio of over 70+ jewelry, horology, lifestyle, apparel, and accessory brands. She has over two decades of commercial, luxury law, and disputes resolution experience in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. Ms. Audi is an authority on complex commercial disputes concerning the luxury and fashion personal goods industry. She is an international arbitrator and member of the panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. She has also served as arbitrator under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) rules. Ms. Audi is admitted to the bar in New York and Virginia and speaks English, Arabic, German, and Spanish. She is a frequent public speaker and holds leadership roles within several professional organizations, including as Advisory Board Member of Fashion Law MENA by Sader and as Co-Chair, Membership & Diversity Committee of California Arbitration.
