Biography

I am full professor of European Union law at the University of Genoa, Department of law, since 1 December 2019. In the same Department I am the holder of the chair of the following courses: European Union Law in the ambit of the Legal Services in Business and Public Administration Bachelor Degree; European Union Law (in English) with Prof. Lorenzo Schiano di Pepe and Private International Law in the ambit of the Master of Laws Degree. I am a practicing lawyer as a partner in the law firm Carbone, D'Angelo, Portale and Purpura, having its seats in Genoa-Milan.
