Steven Cernak

Biography

Steve Cernak is a Partner in the Detroit office of the antitrust boutique of Bona Law PC. He is the Chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section for the 2024-25 Section year. He is a frequent contributor to the Section's publications as well as The Antitrust Attorney Blog plus other antitrust publications. He began his career serving as the antitrust attorney in General Motors for over 20 years. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Law School and Cooley Law School.
