Biography

I specialise in domestic and international taxation and advise enterprises and private clients. I am experienced in advising alternative investment fund managers based either in Italy or abroad, on corporate finance deals (project finance, structured finance, debt restructuring) and in M&A deals; I also assists high net worth individuals, family offices and international sportsmen in tax panning, in setting-up of trusts and in relocations to Italy or abroad and in tax aspects of investments in crypto-assets. I graduated in Law at the university of Bologna in 2005, earned an LL.M. in international taxation from the University of Leiden (Netherlands) in 2006 and an upper tier master’s degree in tax law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2011.
