Biography

My practice focuses on technology M&A and private equity transactions, advising private equity investors and management teams on transactions with an international dimension, often involving complex structuring, execution challenges and multi-stakeholder dynamics. I am a partner at Strelia, an independent Belgian business law firm with offices in Brussels and Luxembourg, where I also serve as Managing Partner. My work in Corporate M&A and Private Equity has been recognised by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. Within the IBA, I previously served as Chair of the Corporate and M&A Committee and, prior to that, as Chair of the Private Equity Subcommittee. I am currently a member of the Corporate and M&A Advisory Board. Regular speaking engagements at international conferences on technology M&A, private equity transactions and cross-border dealmaking, alongside contributions to publications focused on transactional practice and international M&A trends.
