Biography

Harpreet is the General Counsel and Privacy Officer at Triton Canada Inc. She advises in all areas of corporate governance, privacy, litigation and all corporate and commercial matters. Harpreet earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Buckingham School of Law and a post graduate certificate in Womens' Studies from Yale University. Harpreet was named as GC Powerlist Winner: Canada 2020. The GC Powerlist highlights the very best and Top 100 General Counsel in Canada. She is also currently the Vice Chair of the Corporate Counsel Forum at the IBA.
