Biography

Javier is an international business lawyer. He lived and worked in Bolivia, USA, Panama, Argentina and Brazil. He completed his LL.M. in Financial and Securities Regulation at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA. in 2013. Javier has experience in financial and securities regulation, healthcare projects, international business transactions, compliance investigations, corporate law, privacy, labor law, litigation management, among others. He has been working at Philips for the last 8 years. He started at Philips in Panama as a Legal Manager for the Contract Center for Latin America and todays he is the Head of Legal and Compliance for Philips in Brazil.
