Biography

I am a Director for Transactional Risks at WTW, where I leverage my legal background and LLM degree to provide specialized brokerage advice in the placement of Transaction Liability Insurance in M&A transactions. I have over 20 years of experience as an international commercial lawyer, working in New York, Spain and Mexico, and advising clients from various sectors and industries on M&A, corporate law, and complex commercial agreements. As an M&A insurance broker, I combine my legal expertise and market knowledge to offer robust solutions to my clients, including law firms, private equity firms and multinational corporate clients. I am responsible for origination, structuring, and arrangement of W&I insurance, helping my clients achieve a successful close for their transactions. I am also a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee at WTW Spain, where I contribute to fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and innovation.
