Biography

Alexandra M. Martins graduated from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2007 and began her career at SLCM – Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, focusing on corporate and M&A matters. She earned a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, in 2010. In 2023, she joined the multinational law firm Cuatrecasas, and has recently transitioned to Sérvulo & Associados, a Portuguese full-service law firm with 25 years of existence, where she continues to advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. With more than 18 years of experience, she supports clients throughout all stages of deal-making, from due diligence to execution. Her recent work has been particularly focused on the healthcare sector, advising on significant transactions involving hospitals and clinics.
