Benjamin K Leisinger
Biography
Benjamin Leisinger studied law at the University of Basel, from which he graduated in 2003. After working as an academic assistant at the University of Basel, he received a doctorate in 2006. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and joined Homburger as an associate in 2008. In 2012, he graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Homburger again in 2013, where he now is a partner, he worked as a foreign associate in a leading international law firm in New York. Benjamin Leisinger's practice focuses on capital markets, in particular with respect to bonds including equity-linked instruments and regulatory capital instruments, as well financial market regulation.
