Biography

Nicholas P. Pellicani is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Banking Groups. Mr. Pellicani joined Debevoise in 2011. Mr. Pellicani received a J.D. from St. John’s School of Law magna cum laude in 2011, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the St. John’s Law Review. He received a B.S. cum laude from Boston College in 2004. His practice focuses on securities laws and capital markets transactions, as well as a broad range of corporate governance matters. He regularly represents issuers and sponsors in transactions such as initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, tender offers and private placements. Mr. Pellicani’s recent articles include “SEC Brings Enforcement Action Against Investment Adviser for Section 13 Beneficial Ownership Reporting Failures,” Compliance & Enforcement Blog (September, 2020); “Top 10 Practice Tips: Secondary Offerings,” Lexis Practice Advisor (September, 2018); and “A Look at Market Trends in Reverse Mergers,” Law360 (March, 2017).
