Biography

Deborah Low is Co-Head of the Fund Finance practice at Haynes Boone, leading a team of over 70 Fund Finance attorneys globally. Her practice focuses structuring and negotiating subscription and NAV lines of credit for banks and sponsors and also advising clients on alternative leverage solutions for funds, including management fee lines, GP and employee coinvest lines and letters of credit.
