Biography

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1987, Youssef Djehane co-founded BDGS Associés in 2013, now one of France’s leading independent transactional law firms, where he is a partner in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law. He began his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1986 and became partner in 1994, with secondments to Allen & Overy in London and the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Youssef advises listed companies, private equity firms and international investors on M&A transactions, corporate governance and shareholder disputes.
