Biography

Admitted to the Paris Bar (1987). Youssef Djehane founded BDGS Associés in 2013 and is partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice. Youssef focuses on matters concerning listed companies, private equity, corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes. He has worked on a large number of transactions concerning listed companies for both French and international clients, including major corporations, global investment funds, and investment banks.
