Biography
I am a litigation and R&I partner at Le 16 Law, a boutique law firm in Paris.
With over 20 years of experience, I have handled numerous high-profile cases across the spectrum of litigation and insolvency, representing debtors, creditors, and shareholders. Recently, I assisted a senior secured noteholders' ad hoc committee in the restructuring of the Casino group. I also regularly advise clients on matters related to international sanctions.
A member of the New York Bar Association, I began my career in the Restructuring & Insolvency department at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York before joining the Dispute Resolution team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris, where I spent 14 years.
I am currently serving as an independent board member at NBC Paris, the French subsidiary of the National Bank of Canada.
I am a visiting lecturer at Sciences Po Law School (Paris) since 2011 and teach a seminar on International Bankruptcy Law.
