Biography

Tim has been a partner with Gleiss Lutz for more than 15 years. He specialises in M&A transactions with a focus on infrastructure, real estate and energy . Tim regularly advises domestic and international clients on share deals, asset deals, joint ventures and complex transaction structures in the relevant areas. Tim heads Gleiss Lutz' real estate transaction sector group and is Gleiss Lutz’s relationship partner for India.
