Stella Fletcher

Biography

Stella is a Registered UK and European Patent Attorney. Having worked in private practice for a number of years with a Glasgow firm of patent attorneys, she moved to Portugal in 2006 to take up a position in house, managing the patent portfolio of the pharmaceutical company, Bial-Portela. She then headed up the patents department there before focussing on patent litigation in 2017. Since then she has managed the successful litigation of Bial’s anti-epilepsy product, APTIOM (US)/ZEBINIX (Europe), in its Spanish nullity action and ANDA litigation.
