Biography

Silvia Boiardi is a partner of Maisto e Associati and joined the firm in 2008. Her areas of expertise comprise corporate and group taxation, mergers and acquisitions and international tax and transfer pricing. She gained consolidated experiences in the definition of tax controversies through settlement procedures in all the field of international tax (deemed residence, PE, withholding tax, transfer pricing). She often speaks at tax conferences and lectures on international tax matters for specialization courses at university level and for various other organizations and is the author of a number of publications on tax topics. She is senior member of the specialist team for the shipping and air transportation practice of the firm.
