Biography

Sunny possesses more than fifteen years’ experience in global compliance and corporate training. After spending more than a decade overseeing the research and development of legal, compliance and regulatory-focused corporate training programs and executive-level events, Sunny joined TRACE in May 2018 where she currently holds the position of Senior Director II, Compliance Training. Supporting the compliance initiatives of hundreds of global multinational organizations, Sunny in her current role oversees an international team responsible for the creation and deployment of a diverse portfolio of compliance content addressing topics including anti-corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, sanctions, forced labor, trade and export controls and anti-money laundering. Sunny’s team is also responsible for the provision of additional compliance-related services including TRACE’s proprietary tools for tracking and monitoring conflicts of interest, gifts, entertainment, and hospitality as well as the management of TRACEpro, an advanced compliance training professional development program offered exclusively to TRACE members. Prior to joining TRACE, Sunny held the position of Vice President, Content & Operations at Momentum, where she oversaw all corporate operations for the company including staff training and development, employee engagement and conduct, process improvement, contractor, and third-party relationships. Prior to Momentum, Sunny held the position of Industry Manager, FCPA & International Trade Division at the American Conference Institute where she oversaw a diverse product portfolio of widely known events in the FCPA community. Sunny possesses specialized subject matter expertise in global compliance and corporate training best practices and has authored several articles on the topic of compliance training. A Philadelphia native, Sunny holds both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Corporate Law, Global Compliance & Ethics from Widener University's Delaware Law School.
