Biography

Autobiography I, Oleh Fedorov, was born on October 22, 1978, in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, in a lawyer's family. In 1986, I began my education at Secondary Comprehensive School No. 1 in Ivano-Frankivsk, specializing in English, and graduated with a silver medal in 1996. That year, I enrolled in the Prosecutorial and Investigative Faculty of the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine, earning a specialist diploma in Jurisprudence in 2001. In 2024, I obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Criminal Law Policy from the same institution, having defended my dissertation and contributed to scientific conferences and publications throughout my studies. From 2001 to 2019, I practiced law, focusing on advocacy from 2007 to 2019 in various legal firms, bar associations, and as an independent practitioner. Since 2019, I have served as a judge at the High Anti-Corruption Court , where I continue to administer justice. I have been a member of the National Bar Association of Ukraine since 2012 and have participated in organizations such as the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine, the Association of Attorneys of Ukraine, and the Public Organization "Dobrosud." Neither I nor my relatives have a criminal record. Since 2014, I have engaged in volunteer activities, supporting Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen and contributing to Ukraine’s public life. I am married, have three children, and reside in Kyiv.
