Andrea Pocci

Biography

Andrea Pocci is the Group General Counsel of Reply, a multinational leading technology and consulting group specialized in digital services, innovation and artificial intelligence. He leads a multinational legal team. Andrea has over 20 years of experience advising on commercial, corporate, and technology law matters. Before joining Reply in 2018, he was Head of Civil Law, IP and litigation at AlmavivA S.p.A. and before spent about 15 years in an Italian law firm, where he focused on M&A, outsourcing, compliance, and complex IP/IT transactions, gaining hands-on experience in technology-driven legal environments. A qualified Italian lawyer since 2003 (Rome Bar), Andrea holds a law degree from La Sapienza University of Rome and served as an officer in the Carabinieri Corps. He is a frequent speaker on legal innovation, governance, and digital transformation.
