Biography

Since September 2023, Bérénice Dinh has held the position of Vice Financial Prosecutor at the Parquet National Financier. Prior to this, she worked as a juvenile court judge at Nanterre, where she was also responsible for the sensitive issue of underage prostitution, and a family court judge at the Meaux judicial Court. Before becoming a judge, she worked for 7 years in VIGO law firm (Paris). As a lawyer, her main area of expertise was white collar criminal law. She is also the author of a number of publications and has spoken at legal conferences. Her training includes Sciences-Po Paris, the French Bar and the École Nationale de la Magistrature.
